Anete Dimitrovska is an associate partner at Ellex in Latvia specializing in litigation, international & domestic arbitration and real estate matters. She is currently advising more than 2300 investors in a criminal case and related civil cases involving P2P and P2B alternative investment platform. Previously she advised Baltic Horizon Fund on the acquisition of the Galerija Centrs Shopping Centre that was admitted by Colliers as the biggest real estate transaction in the Baltic states in 2019, BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS within the due diligence process and transaction of three residential buildings in Riga and AMD Holding AS (Blackstone Group) as the owner of several largest shopping centres in Riga within vendor due diligence process. She successfully represented SIA Verus Praedium (IKEA) in a litigation case and provided legal advice to SIA Verus Praedium in the sale of land to SIA Riga Retail Park for the development of the new shopping centre Saga.
