Armani Pogosjan is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia specializing in transactions and IT-law.
Armani’s previous experience includes advising clients on various issues related to transactions, administrative and civil dispute resolution and data protection, focusing primarily on the regulation of personal data processing and the preparation of documentation, as well as conducting training.
Armani has improved his professional experience in several internships both at the law firm and at the Constitutional Review Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia.
Armani holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, devoting himself outside the university to the management of the Estonian Law Students’ Union and the Estonian Moot Court Society as a member of the board. In addition to his daily work, Armani is a member of the representative team of the University of Tartu at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Law Moot Court Competition.
