Dāvis Gertmans joined Ellex Klavins in the beginning of 2023 as a junior associate in the M&A practice group. Therefore, he mainly provides legal assistance on matters related to commercial law and commercial transactions.
Dāvis has practical experience in civil and administrative proceedings, as well as in competition law. He has a deep interest within commercial law, liability law, contract, and tort law. In addition, he specializes in civil proceedings, real estate transactions, competition law and administrative proceedings.
