Jevgenija Vienažindytė is an associate partner who specializes in life sciences law. Jevgenija advises pharmaceutical and healthcare companies on various regulatory, civil and administrative law issues, including pricing and reimbursement issues for medicinal products, medical aids, and healthcare services. Jevgenija also actively represents businesses before state institutions, both by submitting written positions and oral argumentation, as well as participation in negotiations with various authorities representing the interests of clients.
Jevgenija has on a number of occasions consulted the Investors’ Forum on health system reform aspects. She also worked as a lawyer in the public sector and therefore has the skills to draft amendments to legislative acts. In recent years, she has expanded her competencies by advising representatives on the cannabis and cannabis-related industries. Jevgenija holds a PhD in law and is a lecturer at Vilnius University, Faculty of Law. She often participates and speaks at events related to life sciences and legal matters.
