Helina Peet is the Head of Human Resources at Ellex in Estonia. She is responsible for all HR topics and strategy within the company and is managing all main activities within the HR area.
Before joining Ellex Raidla Helina was working in an international fintech company as Head of HR for Baltics and Finland. Helina has a vocational education degree in Human Resources Management from Tallinn School of Economics and a business management degree from TTK University of Applied Sciences.
Helina is a member of the Estonian Human Resource Management Association PARE and has a level 5 diploma in Human Resource Management.
