Rudy Rimal advises start-ups and scale-up technology companies from the industries of cybersecurity, cloud based solutions, fin-tech and software development, in drafting and negotiating contracts regulating their on-going daily business (e.g. intellectual property licensing, distribution, manufacturing, and other commercial agreements). He also advises private and venture capital funds in their financing transactions (Seed Funding, Series A, Series B) and on mergers, shares and assets acquisitions as well.
He also holds a dual-degree, LL.B in Law and B.A in Business Administration and graduated from Reichman University (formerly known as the IDC) in Israel.
