Zane Bule-Mitka, Dr. iur.

Dr.iur. Zane Bule-Mitka is a senior counsel with broad international law firm and in-house experience with main specialization in M&A, restructurings, capital markets, corporate and commercial law. She has been involved in numerous cross-border and domestic restructuring and M&A projects across different sectors, including share and asset deals, financial and strategic investments and exits and has advised clients at every stage of M&A transactions, from legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents, through closing and post-closing matters. Zane has been involved in public bond issuance and refinancing processes and has experience with national financial regulators across various jurisdictions.

Prior joining Ellex, she led the corporate and capital markets legal function at group level in one of the Europe’s largest digital consumer lending companies.
