We expect

  • Master of Laws (LL.M) degree;
  • Have 1+ year legal practices of M&A transactions (including participation in LDD works / preparation of M&A transactions documents);
  • Strong legal writing, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English language (written and spoken) skills are essential;
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and a team player;
  • Critical mind-set, logical rationalization and solution-oriented attitude;
  • International background is preferred but not required.
