Ellex receives the prestigious Women in Business Law Award

Ellex female leadership has once again been acknowledged – the Women in Business Law Awards 2022 have recognized Ellex as the Baltic Law Firm of the Year for the second year in a row.

Partners of Ellex in Lithuania Vilija Vaitkutė Pavan and Miglė Petkevičienė received the trophy on the 23rd of June, at the ceremony held in London.

The Women in Business Law Awards 2022 Europe celebrates the efforts and achievements of law firms across Europe in helping women to advance in the legal profession and spotlight the most impressive achievements by women lawyers from work completed during the review period.

Ellex is the only Baltic law firm awarded by the organizers. With almost 100 women lawyers in the Baltics in total, we are incredibly proud that our efforts on diversity, women empowerment and professionalism were assessed.

Ellex has a well-balanced gender equality in the legal team (46% / 54%) and the majority of our practice groups and administration departments are led or co-headed by a female partner or manager.
