Engaging and terminating managing directors in Europe
We were delighted to participate in the project “Engaging and Terminating Managing Directors in Europe,” initiated by Rebecka Thorn from the law firm Delphi.
We also had the privilege of preparing the Latvian section on employing managing directors, authored by Irina Rozenšteina, Head of the Employment Law Practice Group.
The concept of a managing director differs across European countries, with significant variations in their rights and obligations.
