Alan Paas

Alan Paas is an associate mainly specialising in the issues related to environment, real estate and administrative law.

Before joining Ellex in Estonia, Alan worked for Eesti Energia where he advised the implementation of projects of production facilities (including an oil production plant, solar parks, wind parks) from the stage of spatial planning and acquisition of various permits to the drafting and negotiating the construction contracts.

Alan holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Tartu. During his studies, he was part of the team representing the University of Tartu in the moot court competitions of international law (Telders) and European Union law.
