Andre Tuul is an associate at Ellex in Estonia, specialising mainly in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Governance & Advisory.
Andre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (cum laude) and a Master’s degree from the University of Tartu. Alongside his studies, he successfully participated in the XXV competition of the Estonian Moot Court Society (1st place) and was actively involved in the leadership of the Estonian Law Students’ Union.
Prior to joining Ellex in Estonia, Andre completed an internship at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia, as well as at several other law firms.
