Andre Tuul is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specializing mainly in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Governance & Advisory.
Andre holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Law (cum laude) and a Master’s degree from the University of Tartu. In addition to his studies, he has successfully participated in the XXV competition of the Estonian Moot Court Society (1st place) and has been actively involved in the leadership of the Estonian Law Students’ Union.
In the past, Andre has completed internship at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia, as well as several other law firms.
