Daniil Bardõbahhin is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Tartu. Daniil has previously completed internships at the Supreme Court of Estonia (in constitutional review), the Chancellor of Justice’s Office, the Ministry of Justice, Harju County Court, and Ellex in Estonia.
In 2023, his research paper “The Relevance of a Normative Act in Constitutional Review Proceedings Initiated by Courts of First or Second Instance” was awarded a special prize by the Estonian Academy of Sciences’ Foundation for Constitutional Law.
In 2025, he was awarded the Uno Lõhmus Special Award of the State Law Foundation for his Master’s thesis “Individual Constitutional Complaint in Estonian Legal System: Problems and Perspectives”.
