Indrek Lepner is the Head of Human Resources at Ellex in Estonia. He focuses on strategic employer branding, shaping employee experiences, developing the internship programme, (further) developing HR processes, improving management quality and developing organisational culture.
Indrek is an HR manager with diverse and substantial experience. He has obtained professional experience in business consultancy, banking and technology sectors. Before joining Ellex in Estonia, Indrek worked as the head of HR at Ernst & Young Baltic AS. Indrek has handled HR matters from a strategic as well as operative perspective, cooperating with managers of different levels. He has a master’s degree in human resources from Rollins College, a private college in the State of Florida in the US, and he has published several articles in professional publications. Indrek has also taught master’s students at the Estonian Business School as a visiting lecturer of the elective class “Retaining Talent”.
Indrek has valuable international experience, having lived in the US during his studies. Moreover, all his prior HR roles have required close international cooperation with colleagues from different cultures (e.g. Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, India).
