Ineta is a professional project, process, and team manager with a strong client-oriented approach and focus on results. Ineta has worked in companies across various industries in Latvia and abroad. Ineta’s main responsibilities have included process optimization and organization, implementation of new structures, processes, and products, management of sales and client management processes, team leadership, and business development.
Ineta holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a master’s degree in Public Administration, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Management. She also works as a mentor at the Turība University Business Incubator.
