Martin Raude is a litigation attorney with outstanding theoretical knowledge and remarkable practical experience in dispute resolution. Martin has successfully resolved various complicated and large-scale cases related to corporate management as well as insolvency, construction, public procurement and media disputes. Attorney-at-Law Martin Raude is a member of the Estonian Bar Association’s Admissions and Aptitude Assessment Committee which is responsible for organising exams for applicants for the Bar membership and assessing the professional qualification of attorneys. Martin has conducted numerous trainings and given legal argumentation seminars at the University of Tartu. Before working at Ellex in Estonia, Martin worked in financial institutions and other law firms as well as practiced law in courts.
