Miroslav Nosevič is a partner with an extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration. He specializes in cross-border litigation with a focus on banking & finance, real estate and construction disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of judgements and awards. Miroslav also serves as an arbitrator and counsel to international and domestic arbitration proceedings under arbitration rules of the ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration rules and rules of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration. In addition, Miroslav represented the Republic of Lithuania in UNCITRAL sessions and is a member of working groups that prepare drafts of Lithuanian legal acts. He is also an active speaker in various conferences and seminars in Lithuania and abroad and is an author of numerous articles.
