Ronaldas Kubilius is a partner of the firm and the lead of the Sustainability and Tax practices. With more than 17 years of experience, he advises Lithuanian and international businesses and their owners. Over his career, he has worked with 8 of the 10 largest business groups in Lithuania, along with numerous other clients across Lithuania and abroad.

In the field of Lithuanian and international taxation, Ronaldas advises on investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), assesses tax incentive opportunities and risks, and represents clients in disputes with the tax authorities. In the area of sustainability, his experience includes assisting companies in preparing and reviewing sustainability reports and strategies, advising on EU Taxonomy and greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations, collaborating with the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors in shaping sustainability assurance practices, delivering training to management boards, and providing a wide range of other ESG‑related services.
