Simona Danylė

Simona Danylė is an attorney-at-law and an associate partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises major corporates across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on construction and insolvency disputes as well as the civil liability of shareholders and executives.

Trained in both civil law and common law systems, Simona has extensive experience in complex, high-value commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. She represents clients in complex insolvency proceedings and related disputes, including claims concerning the civil liability of shareholders and executives. She has also handled a wide variety of construction disputes arising under contracts based on the FIDIC Red, Yellow and White Books, as well as EPC and bespoke contracts. Her international arbitration experience covers cases under various arbitration rules, including the SCC, ICC, LCIA and VCCA Rules. She also represents clients before national courts in proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

Simona also regularly advises clients at the early stages of potential disputes, helping them assess settlement options and mitigate risks.
