Simona Danylė

Simona Danylė is an attorney at law and an associate partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises major corporates across a broad range of industries, with a significant focus on construction and insolvency disputes as well as the civil liability of shareholders and executives.

Trained in both civil law and common law, Simona brings extensive experience in complex, high-profile and high-value commercial litigation and arbitration. She has handled a wide variety of construction disputes involving FIDIC Red, Yellow and White Books as well as EPC and bespoke contracts, and has particular expertise in international arbitration under the SCC, ICC, LCIA and VCCA rules. Simona also represents clients in state-court proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

She regularly advises clients at the early stages of potential disputes, helping them explore settlement options and minimise risk.
