Svetlana Majerovitš’s main areas of expertise are tax law, corporate law and M&A transactions. Previously, Svetlana has worked at global audit and law firms. Her diverse experience includes advising clients on entering the local market, dealing with tax issues related to complex transactions, various aspects of corporate taxation and representing clients in dealings with government authorities. Additionally, she has experience in employment law and dispute resolution.
