Intellectual property practice in Lithuania to be led by Dr. Ąžuolas Čekanavičius

From June 1, the leader of the Ellex in Lithuania’s intellectual property (IP) practice has changed.

After the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania has approved the nomination of Prof. Dr. Vytautas Mizaras, partner and long-term head of the practice, to the justices of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania, the post of head of the practice is taken over by associate partner Dr. Ąžuolas Čekanavičius.

Dr. Čekanavičius is one of the most promising IP lawyers of the younger generation who has been representing major mass media groups in various IP litigations for many years. He also leads “Ellex Digital”, the project implemented by the law firm.
