Mari Must appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys
At the end of March, a meeting of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys was held in a „superministry“ building for the first time. The Chamber of Patent Attorneys is a public legal entity of patent attorneys, comprising all patent attorneys operating in Estonia. Almar Sehver was elected as President of the Chamber and Mari Must, Counsel to Ellex Raidla, as Vice-Chairman.
The tasks of the Chamber include organizing the professional activities of patent attorneys and bringing together all patent attorneys operating in Estonia into a unified organization. There are 57 patent attorneys in the Chamber. The Chamber of Patent Attorneys will carry out professional examination for patent attorneys, organize continuing education courses and will also supervise compliance with the good professional practice of the patent attorney and the fulfillment of the patent attorney’s continuing education obligation.
