Advising United Utilities in the 100MEUR exit from the listed AS Tallinna Vesi
Ellex in Estonia advised United Utilities, manager and operator of electricity, water, and wastewater networks, on the sale of its 35.3 per cent stake in Tallinn Water (AS Tallinna Vesi) to the City of Tallinn for a cash consideration of EUR 100.26 million.
