Arginta Engineering plans the factory in Panevėžys FEZ

Ellex in Lithuania represented a Lithuanian engineering industry company Arginta Engineering in negotiating and signing the agreement for constructing the new factory in Panevėžys FEZ.

Arginta Engineering plans to build a modern, 15,000 sq. m. area factory in Panevėžys FEZ, which will be equipped with innovative production, administrative and household premises that meet Western standards. Among other things, UAB Arginta Engineering plans to invest about EUR 15 million in a new factory and, until 2027, create up to 300 new jobs for programmatic machine tool operators, welders and others.

Our Real estate and environment practice advised the client on concluding agreements with Panevėžys FEZ Management Company, prepared agreements, represented in negotiations and provided all support for Arginta Engineering regarding the establishment and operation in Panevėžys FEZ.
