Attorneys-at-Law Andris Lazdiņš and Roberts Rimša continue to successfully represent clients’ interests in proceedings on proceeds of crime.

On 2 June 2023, the Criminal Court Panel of the Riga Regional Court (as a court of appeals) ruled in favour of the firm’s client – a creditor of JSC ABLV Bank, in liquidation – in proceedings concerning proceeds of crime. The Court of Appeals has cancelled the decision of the Court of Economic Affairs on the confiscation of funds and terminated the proceedings concerning proceeds of crime. The decision of the Court of Appeals is unappealable.
