Baltic Classifieds Group invests in UNTU.lt

Baltic Classifieds Group (BCG) expands its service portfolio by acquiring the real estate services platform UNTU.lt into its group.

Through this transaction, the synergy between BCG and UNTU.lt will allow users and real estate brokers to benefit from even more efficient, data-driven services and enhance the digitalization of the real estate market.

Ellex in Lithuania represented the buyer in this transaction. The legal team from Ellex in Lithuania included associate partners Aleksandr Asovskij and Antanas Butrimas, senior associate Vilius Norvaišas, and others.

Baltic Classifieds Group is one of the largest online classifieds portal groups in the Baltics. It develops well-known classifieds portals in Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia, covering real estate, transport, jobs, and general classifieds, providing users with convenient and efficient platforms to buy and sell online.

Since 2021, the group’s shares have been listed on the London Stock Exchange, and its market value currently stands at approximately €2 billion. In 2023, BCG was recognized as Lithuania’s third technology unicorn.
