Bonds EUR 23 M. of the company managed by Lords LB Asset Management will be introduced to trading on Nasdaq market

Ellex in Lithuania is a lead legal advisor for a subsidiary (SPV) of one of the funds managed by Lords LB Asset Management, a premier provider of investment management services in Lithuania, in total 40 M. bond issue.

The subsidiary is developing an attractive educational and hospitality real estate complex in the centre of Vilnius. The first part of the bond issue in the amount of EUR 5,000,000 has been successfully issued without a prospectus under the exemption provided in the applicable EU securities law. The second part of issue of the bonds will continue under the prospectus for the public offering of bonds EUR 18 M. approved by the Bank of Lithuania on 24 May 2022, with the anticipated total bonds EUR 23 M. listing in the main Bond List of Nasdaq.

This is the first public bond issue for Lords LB Asset Management and real estate construction and development sector in the Baltic States.
