Capitalica European Office Fund successfully issued and listed a new bond issue

The Capitalica European Office Fund, managed by Capitalica Asset Management, has successfully issued and listed a new bond issue.

This transaction marks a significant milestone: it is the first in the Lithuanian market where bonds could be acquired through an investment account (investicinė sąskaita) during the primary offering via a Nasdaq auction.

Our law firm, acting as Capitalica’s long-term strategic legal adviser, developed and implemented the legal structure for this issuance. The project was led by lawyers Eglė Neverbickienė and Eglė Radvilaitė from the Vilnius office.

The bonds became effective and were admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North alternative market on 12 February 2026. This solution represents a significant step forward for the Lithuanian capital market – enhancing accessibility, driving innovation, and expanding opportunities for retail investors.
