Inspiration Capital Partners Has Received an Asset Management Company Activity Permit
The Bank of Lithuania granted an asset management company activity permit to Inspiration Capital Partners, a subsidiary of Inspiration holdings UAB. Throughout the regulatory process, Ellex provided comprehensive legal support, including advice on regulatory, legal, and operational structure matters, preparation of all application documentation, and representation of the client before the Bank of Lithuania.
