Ellex Valiunas assisted a company managed by Lords LB Asset Management in the successful issuance and redemption of bonds worth EUR 55 million

Investmira, a company controlled by a subfund managed by Lords LB Asset Management, has achieved the largest redemption of a private placement bond issue in the history of the investment management company. The bond issue, distributed since the beginning of June 2021, attracted exceptional interest from investors.

After successfully completing the development stage of the Artery business centre in Konstitucijos Avenue, the company redeemed bonds worth EUR 55 million. Artery is the second commercial real estate project developed by Lords LB Asset Management in the centre of Vilnius in the last two years. The project garnered significant attention from tenants: by the end of the building’s construction, 90% of the centre’s area was already leased.
