EUR 3.9 Million Financing Secured for Jēkaba Kazarmas Parking Acquisition

Ellex in Latvia provided legal support in the acquisition of the Jēkaba Kazarmas parking facilities in Riga.

We represented the buyer, SIA ABC parking, providing full legal support in the acquisition of the shares in SIA Jēkaba Arkāde (the company managing the well-known multi-storey parking complex located next to Riga’s Old Town, comprising 320 parking spaces), including respective financing transaction with Rietumu Banka in the amount of EUR 3.9 million.

The transaction represents a stable infrastructure investment with long-term value in one of Riga’s most in-demand locations.
