Prime Label acquires LabelPrint
Prime Label Group, a portfolio company of private equity fund, has acquired LabelPrint OÜ – an Estonian label printing house.
LabelPrint specialises in the production of highly processed self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeve, multi-layer and booklet labels. It operates a very modern facility equipped with UV flexo printing lines and innovative digital printing technology solutions. The company operates on the Estonian and Scandinavian markets.

LabelPrint OÜ is completely based on Estonian capital and it started its activity in 2001. LabelPrint mostly produce sticker labels in rolls for industries, label printers and scales by means of flexo presses. Their clients include manufacturers of food products and beverages, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as all others who use stickers in rolls in their manufacturing process.
