SG Capital Partners has held the first close of its Sustainable Forest and Land Fund, raising EUR 53 million
SG Capital Partners has held the first close of its newly established Sustainable Forest and Land Fund. The fund attracted EUR 53 million investment from Baltic pension funds. The fund focuses on forest land investments and sustainable investment management in the Baltic region. Fund target size is EUR 100 million and new investors will be added during the upcoming years. Current fund investors include Citadele (CBL Asset Management), SEB and Swedbank pension funds.
