Tv3 Group acquires M-1 Group

Ellex Valiunas advised TV3 Group on the acquisition of radio stations owned by M-1 Group. In this transaction, the buyers acquired M-1, Lietus, M-1 Plius, Laluna, Raduga radio stations, and the online radio station M-1 Dance.

TV3 is the leading commercial broadcaster, with sales growth of more than 11% in 2021. This strong growth facilitated the acquisition of the radio leader M-1 Group, which also grew its sales revenues in 2021, securing a leading position in the radio segment.

The Ellex Valiunas team working on the deal consisted of Partners Rūta Armonė and Marius Juonys, Associate Partner Dr. Ąžuolas Čekanavičius, Expert Simona Liuimienė, Associate Marijus Dingilevskis, and Associate Andrej Jemeljanov.
