Reiz Tech management team bought-out the shares

Ellex Valiunas represented the ALNA Software team of executives in buying-out shares from the former shareholders. With the change of the shareholders, the company’s name has changed – the client of the law firm now is called Reiz Tech.

ALNA Software, a developer of individual software solutions in Lithuania, so far has been part of ALNA group of companies; however, the changes in the shareholders’ structure have led to the separation from the group. In recent years, the major part of shares in Reiz Tech was managed by Holdco A.

Reiz Tech has been a developer of individual software solutions for more than 16 years. The Lithuanian capital IT company Reiz Tech is among the industry pioneers and leaders in Lithuania. Having almost 200 specialists, the company provides services in the European Union and beyond and offers complex contracting projects to Fortune 500 companies. In 2020, the turnover of Reiz Tech increased by 27 % and reached EUR 6.6 million.

In this transaction, the team of executives was represented by senior associate Mantas Juška.
