SBA Urban successfully completed a EUR 8 million bond issue

SBA Urban, part of the SBA Group and a developer of sustainable urban projects in Vilnius and Kaunas, has successfully completed a EUR 8 million, 3-year bond issue. The offering attracted strong interest from investors across the Baltic region, and since 20th, the bonds are listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market. 

The proceeds from the public offering will be used to further develop Urban HUB projects – modern mixed-use business campuses in Vilnius and Kaunas that combine sustainability, innovation, and community values. 

This transaction marks another important step for SBA Urban in leveraging the capital markets to finance long-term growth and demonstrates the growing maturity of the Lithuanian investment environment.
