Ellex becomes a member of the Employment Law Alliance

Ellex offices in Estonia and Latvia have become members of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), a highly selective global network of independent law firms specializing in employment and labour law.

With more than 3,000 lawyers specialized in employment law, the organisation is represented in more than 100 countries and, therefore, is the largest international alliance of law firms leading in employment law.

ELA lawyers are invited to become members only after a rigorous due-diligence process – including consultation with experienced in-house counsel, judges, government officials and industry leaders in each jurisdiction. The Employment Law Alliance represents the very best legal minds across the globe who work together within a seamless network to bring innovative labour and employment solutions to the world’s top global employers.
