Ellex in Estonia received the Diverse Workplace label
The Estonian Human Rights Centre and the Ministry of Social Affairs recognised Ellex law firm in Estonia with the Diverse Workplace label.
A diversity label is a quality label that indicates that the company is an attractive employer that is looking for talent to commence work, irrespective of their gender or background.
These are employers who value the diversity of their employees, customers and partners and do meaningful work to manage this diversity as well as possible. There is a total of 33 recipients of the label this year, 16 of whom will receive the label for the first time.
The label is administered by the Estonian Human Rights Centre, which is the coordinator of the Estonian Diversity Charter, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
