Ellex in Latvia is recognised as the Legal Advisor of the Year at the Investor of the Year 2021 awards

On March 31, 2022, the award ceremony “Investor of the Year 2021” took place and rewarded the most significant investments in Latvia during 2021. It was organized by the Latvian Business Angels Network (LatBAN) and the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LVCA).

Ellex in Latvia was recognised as the “Legal Advisor of the Year 2021” in relation to advising Printful on attracting investment from Bregal Sagemount, advising Livonia Partners on the Santa Monica Networks transaction and assisting SG Capital Partners Fund I in connection with a logistics complex acquisition in Riga.

28 nominees were shortlisted for various awards – both private investors or commercial angels, legal and institutional investors, and private and venture capital consultants. Within the legal and institutional investor sector, the awards were divided into four categories: “Investment of the Year”, “Acquisition of the Year”, “Financial Advisor of the Year” and “Legal Advisor of the Year”.
