Anna Leena Neering

Anna Leena Neering is an Ellex Raidla lawyer specializing in dispute resolution, with her main field of work being criminal litigation.

Before joining Ellex Raidla, Anna Leena worked in the judicial system for four years, serving as an advisor to the criminal panel of the Supreme Court. In the service of the Supreme Court she acquired insight on very diverse criminal proceedings but her most extensive knowledge relates to economic and environmental crimes. She has also completed an internship in the sustainable business (ESG) practice group of another law firm.

Anna Leena holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tartu. During her studies, in 2020 she participated in the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, winning the best prosecution memorial and the best European memorial award as a member of the representative team of the University of Tartu. In addition, the team was considered worthy of the second place in the International Bar Association’s  special category.
