Audrius Petkevičius

Audrius Petkevičius is an expert who specializes in the areas of land and other real estate, territory planning, privatization and land taxes. Over more than 20 years he has accumulated exclusive competence in the areas of land use, privatization, taxation and evaluation, real estate cadastre and register, territory planning, infrastructure development and use, land-related relationships and conflicts, and environmental protection and construction. Audrius is well-known for his contribution in drafting amendments to laws and secondary legislation that made the territory planning system in Lithuania more transparent and helped to implement international standards in the field.
