Carmen Linda Plats is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specializing mainly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tartu and is currently pursuing further studies for a Master’s degree. She has been an active member of the international law students’ organization ELSA.
