Christian Oliver Palvadre is an energy and corporate law expert with extensive and versatile experience, specialising in strategic large-scale projects, renewable energy developments, and complex M&A transactions. Prior to joining Ellex in Estonia, Christian spent nearly six years in the legal department of the Eesti Energia group, where he most recently headed the legal team for development projects and production assets.
As a legal advisor, Christian contributed to the initial public offering (IPO) of Enefit Green and has led renewable energy M&A transactions valued at over EUR 20 million across the Baltics, Finland, and Poland. He has also advised on renewable energy procurements and contracts worth over EUR 250 million, including negotiating the procurement contracts for the Sopi-Tootsi wind farm.
In addition to his transactional practice, Christian has managed the legal aspects of strategically important energy projects, encompassing wind and solar farms, as well as energy storage and hydrogen solutions. He has represented clients in administrative disputes and participated in complex international negotiations. His extensive in-house background allows him to align a company’s commercial objectives with complex legal frameworks, consistently delivering clear and actionable solutions.
