Diana Laura Ločinska is a Senior Associate specializing in data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance. Since the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Diana Laura has been actively assisting both public and private sector organizations in ensuring compliance: from performing data protection officer (DPO) duties, conducting compliance audits, delivering trainings, and preparing documentation, to managing personal data breaches and representing clients in communications with supervisory authorities or data subjects.
Diana Laura’s experience in the private sector spans a wide range of industries – from pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and logistics to the chemical industry. She has also gained significant experience working with corporate groups operating with complex internal process structures. This background enables her to quickly understand the specific nature of a client’s operations and propose tailored, practical solutions.
