Dovydas Gudžiūnas is a senior associate in the fields of life sciences and personal data protection. Dovydas helps clients operating in Lithuania and elsewhere on a full spectrum of life sciences and personal data protection matters. They include contentious (data breaches, regulatory investigations, preparation of court documents, etc.) and non-contentious (due diligence, incident prevention, advisory work, etc.) assignments. As part of his day-to-day work, the associate advises pharmaceutical and healthcare companies on various regulatory, civil, and administrative law issues, including pricing and reimbursement issues for medicinal products, medical aids, and healthcare services.
Dovydas also prepares and reviews various agreements, legal analyses, and opinions regarding complex legal matters and represents the industry businesses before state institutions.
