Edita Masiulė

Edita is a senior associate who has gained valuable experience in drafting national legislation, its commentaries (mainly on corporate income taxation) and Lithuania’s positions on EU tax legislation and Court of Justice cases. The EU’s decision-making process in the area of tax is indeed well known to Edita as she was actively involved in it while representing Lithuania’s interests in the EU Council. Preparation for negotiations on tax treaties has also contributed to deepening her analytical professional skills.
