Gytė Maleckaitė is an associate partner who’s been working in the finance sector since 2007. Gytė has excellent knowledge of all aspects of collective investment entities, brokerage companies, stock markets and banks. She works on licensing projects (of banks and other financial institutions) also provides consultations to institutions regarding their governance structures and internal control issues.
Gytė also advises asset management companies on regulatory matters and finding the right models for their investment ideas. Gytė brings her professional experience to other complex projects and implements them based on her law, tax, finance and regulation knowledge.
