Dr. iur. Jüri Raidla is the founder and counsel of Ellex in Estonia. He is one of the most widely recognised legal practitioners in Estonia. Jüri served as the first Minister of Justice of Estonia (from 1990 to 1992) as well as the Chairman of the expert committee that drafted the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia in 1992. He was also the first Chairman of the Estonian Banking Association established in 1992.
