Katrina Külm is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia specializing mainly in business and employment law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Katrina holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Tartu. In addition, she has been an exchange student at the University of Vienna and at Università Roma Tre.
Prior to joining Ellex in Estonia, Katrina worked in one of the largest law firms in Estonia, advising clients mainly on corporate and employment law matters. In addition, Katrina has previously practiced at the Supreme Court of Estonia and at the State Prosecutor’s Office.
